Looking For Extra Ways To Make Money?

Filed under: Blah Blah Blah — Stefani @ 8:26 am

There are so many different ways to make money from home. Rather you have a work at home job, freelance, are involved in a home business opportunity, there are plenty of ways for the money to be made. Back in 1996 is when I first started messing around with the internet to make money. I had always thought about it as long as I can remember but when I got pregnant for the first time, I thought I have to make money at home. So anyhow, let me get to the point. I have quite a few websites with a majority being work at home related websites. On some of the sites I offer others the ability to advertise their work at home job or opportunity on the site. I get a little extra dough and they get some extra promotion. Below are some spots you will find that offer real opportunities from real work at home moms.

http://www.partyswap.com/bus_opps.htm

Now if your other side of the fence and already make money at home, feel free to advertise your business opportunity if you have one!

Got A Shoe Fetish?

Filed under: Thought I Would Share, Sites To See — Stefani @ 1:07 pm

Do you like to collect shoes? I am one that always has tons of shoes. Some of them I have worn many times while I have others I have only wore a couple times. I actually got better in the last few years and stopped buying shoes on impulse. Having four children limits the money I can spend on myself. I am also one that likes to buy name brand shoes. Not always but when shopping for the kids I have found that the more money you spend, the longer they last. Yes, I do buy the cheap shoes when it comes to flip flops and sandals but when it comes to say tennis shoes I would go with a name brand for the quality. If you shop online for shoes, check out the selection at InfinityShoes.com. They have all sorts of name brand shoes you will like. Some of these brands include Keds, Birkenstock, Clarks, Timberland, tsubo shoes and many others. They even have those indian style minnetonka boots and seychelles shoes for those who like those. Imight buy my daughter some shoes for her next b-day. She has been hinting! They have a free shipping special too!

Cute Little Coos

Filed under: Family Stuff — Stefani @ 12:21 pm

My son is a little over 3 months old now. He is so cute too! He is at that stage where he is trying to talk. He is making all sorts of cute little coo sounds. I am thinking I need one of those little digital video recorders to film him. Luckily I don’t work out of the home so I can enjoy him as much as I can. Being able to hear all his first little sounds is one of the best parts of being a mommy! This is also my last baby that I am having so I am trying to make sure I don’t miss anything.

It won’t be long and he will be crawling and walking!

I Love Vistaprint

Filed under: Thought I Would Share — Stefani @ 3:52 pm

I am one that loves business cards. I have them made for almost all my websites. I usually will have more made before I even run out of the ones I currently have. Not only do I use Vistaprint to have business cards made, I also have them create address stickers or address labels for me too. A neat thing I do is have address labels made with my website info and stick them places. I will stick them on all my magazine subscriptions and put the magazines in the doctors office when I am their visiting. I try anything for some “free” promotion to my websites. Vistaprint always has free offers. You can usually choose free business cards, postcards, etc. All you do is pay shipping. On the business cards they do print their name on the back. That is when you select the “free” business cards. They offer other services too that I have yet to take advantage of like stationary and notepads. I also have had rubber stamps made with my website name and link. They have been around for years too! I just love them. Do you use Vistaprint?

Another One Gone

Filed under: Uncategorized — Stefani @ 8:55 am

This morning we woke up to a disturbing text message. It was sent to Chris letting him know that one of his friends was found dead in his car yesterday afternoon. We just had a loss of a good friend last month and now this. The world is such a scary place at some times. It so hurts when it comes close to home like this.

Need A Car?

Filed under: Thought I Would Share — Stefani @ 2:03 pm

Don’t have a reliable car and have somewhere important to go? I have had this happen on several occasions and have been very thankful for car rental services. Not only do you get to rent a car that is reliable, you get to drive something new and not yours. I think it is fun to rent something different once in a while just for fun too! I remember my mom renting cars and SUV’s so we could drive out of town for the day. If you are looking to rent a car, check out Advantage Rent A Car. They have low prices and even offer a frequent renter program. You can earn FREE rentals with this company. Now neat is that? Take a peek at their website to see how you can earn a FREE car rental.

Eggs In A Bag

Filed under: Thought I Would Share — Stefani @ 6:21 am

Do you know how to cook an omelet? I can say that I have never attempted to make one. I have made scrambled eggs but never an omelet. I have had them for breakfast when I have ate at Denny’s. I have tried to make the over medium type of eggs with FAILURE. I have tried too many times that now I don’t even bother. I found a neat way to make an omelet though. You put your ingredients in a ziploc bag and throw into a pan of boiling water. The results look amazing.

This might be something fun for the family to do one weekend if your family loves eggs. I got the image and information at: http://www.donitakpaul.com/pages/writers/recipes/ziploc.htm

Enjoy
